As a Finance team member at Swarms, you will manage financial operations, budgeting, and strategic planning for our fast-growing AI company. You will play a critical role in scaling our financial infrastructure to support the expansion of the agent economy.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Build financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Track and analyze key business metrics and financial performance
• Support fundraising efforts with financial data and projections
• Develop and maintain financial controls and reporting systems

Requirements
