Head of Swarms Cloud

Overview

About the role

As Head of Swarms Cloud, you will own our hosted platform for deploying, orchestrating, and monitoring agents and swarms at scale. You will set the product and technical direction for Swarms Cloud, lead the team that builds it, and ensure the platform delivers the reliability, performance, and developer experience that autonomous corporations will run on. Note: all developer roles require 3 PRs or 3 new issues on the swarms GitHub before applying.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Own the product and technical direction of Swarms Cloud
• Lead the engineering team building the platform, and recruit to grow it
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security for production agent workloads
• Drive the roadmap across deployment, orchestration, observability, and billing
• Partner with research and marketplace teams to ship platform capabilities

Requirements

You may be a fit if

• You have 5+ years of experience building or leading cloud platforms or developer infrastructure
• You have deep knowledge of distributed systems and production operations
• You have led engineering teams and shipped platforms developers depend on
• You care about developer experience as much as system design
• You want to build the infrastructure that autonomous corporations run on
• You have contributed 3 PRs or opened 3 new issues on the swarms GitHub (github.com/kyegomez/swarms)
